Screen printing workshop, set up in 2021 in Gouarec, central Britanny

The workshop is equipped with a large format Kippax hand bench, Large drying rack, exposure unit, washout unit, lightbox, A0 inkjet printer for positives, Photoshop.
Attached is a small self contained living space for visiting artists. It has its own entrance, a bathroom, small kitchen and mezzanine bedroom.
Otto set up the workshop in 2021 after handing over his first workshop near Bath, Marshfield Screen Print, to Dominique Coiffait and technician Sarah Targett.
Salamandre is situated on the edge of the village Gouarec, in the centre of Britanny. To the buildings belongs a large natural terrain, suitable for sketching, outdoors art activities, or just relaxing. The attractive village has a few bars and restaurants, two banks, a shop, bakery and post office/mairie. It is crossed by the canal Nantes à Brest, which offers excellent cycling and walking possibilities. Next to the canal is a campsite. Beaches are an hour or two away by car to the north, west and south.
Residencies offered for experienced print makers, teaching and courses are also planned.
