L'histoire s'inspire des films *A fantastic Voyage*, 1966 et *The incredibly shrinking Man*, 1957. Au fil de la lecture, la protagoniste rétrécit jusqu'à atteindre la taille d'un atome et se retrouve au milieu des étoiles. Finalement, elle regagne la Terre et retombe dans son fauteuil. Cet ouvrage s'inscrit dans la collection « X-Cut Fold », lancée en 2017. Il repose sur la même technique de pliage que les autres livrets de science-fiction spécialement conçus par ottoGraphic pour cette série. Ce format permet de créer des visuels uniques et captivants, tout en intégrant la narration au jeu des pliages eux-mêmes.
